The cockpit 3D are not perfect because some problem to convert them.

The both Ferm Power Tools WRT of 2012 are merged: Orange with Dennis Kuipers/Robin Buysmans. Because the blue not drove in 2012 and the orange was a livery contest fo 2011 Wales Rally GB.

And your eyes are right the Mini use Fiesta interior with DS3 steering wheel. I will try to convert the Dirt 3 cockpit but it's the "prototype" version so some modification will be needed and need adjust it too.

The next rally cars will the famous Group B.

First converted is Audi Sport Quattro S1 1986 from Forza 4 (not 100% finished)

After some research the WRC seems faster than Group B.

I only tested Audi S1 with 550HP/550NM/1090kg with different physics but same tire grip so similar lap time but feel more powerfull. But if I reduce tire grip of S1 it's impossible to drive. Maybe I not enough added grip to WRC so tested with 1.60 tire grip (instead 1.40) and around 8sec maybe 10sec quicker.

So the WRC need more grip to be faster than Group B and more close lap time of RBR player but still slower...
But I will check that when other cars will be converted from first WRC game with reworked liveries (need sponsors) and better tire/rim: Citroën BX 4TC 1986, Ford RS200 1986, Lancia Delta S4 1986, Peugeot 205 Turbo 16 E2 1986, Renault R5 Maxi Turbo 1985

I don't know who said it (I think it might was Latvala after he entered a vintage rally in a Audi Quattro) but modern WRC cars are much faster than Group B cars. That's mainly because suspension design allows much more travel and therefore more grip while still making the cars stiffer. Also modern 4WD system are much more advanced. Thats why a DS3 would kill a Quattro S1 on any stage.

Few problems with Group B not good looking wheel and fantasy cockpit so I will try use 3D of Dirt games for both things but not possible for Citroën BX and even worst is engine 3D position which should be at front like Audi. Not sure if will be converted because was "slow" a bit more mass than Audi but less power 380hp/460NM for 1150kg. http://racingcars.wikidot.com/citroen-bx-4tc

A small update of WRC coming and all rally cars will be in new race/menu class.
And the other rally cars planned to convert from WRC games are S2000 (SWRC 2010-2012) and S1600/R3 (JWRC 2010) (seems most powerfull FWD 220/250hp).

Did some test to have better difference of performance but hard too compare with Group B because was more longer rallies and maybe not same surface "grip" but the average speed is "smaller".

(HP/NM/mass/tire grip) all 4WD with 50/50 of mass and tire grip front/rear 50/50 too

Good news about the Rally Menu Class, it's a great decision.
DiRT Gr.B models looks very good, i think better than WRC ones.
What's wrong about the Citroen BX? Has the engine in the rear instead of the front?

He will make complete Group B class, it's not forbidden, as I know, to make own version of a car already made by another modder. Smile

By the way, about the Audi, it's not the same car, because it's the Group B version, so not the Pikes Peak one...
