It's from a 3D Configurator App, remodeled by redsnizer2. That "Hanako Reiji" guy used the same source model, he didn't make it himself.

Can you stop harassing people just because they didn't model a scratch made cockpit and made some ugly and ricey looking vinyls for you?

Your mods don't have cockpits either, why crying about other people's stuff then?

Also, about breakables, regarding any mod with them, the polygons do flicker with breakables especially on big maps because there's a floating point precision loss in the game which makes those parts move all over the place while they shouldn't move at all. You can see it here in this video:
